A Personal Approach to Existential Supervision

This paper examines a number of possible approaches to existential supervision. It details some characteristics necessary for an adequate model of supervision and goes on to propose a framework for existential supervision within the Cyclical Model of Supervision developed by Page and Wosket (1994).
