The Editors are pleased to be able to open this, the second issue of Volume Six of the Journal, with a paper on Heidegger and Psychotherapy given by Professor Emmy van Deurzen Smith at City University in June.

In keeping with the title of this Volume, Worlds of Existential Psychotherapy, we are delighted to be able to publish a paper on The Condition of Man in Space by Dr Rainer Thurnher of the Institute for Philosophy, Innsbruck, Austria, and also a paper on The Sense of Death in Childhood submitted by Dr Giuseppe Dimattia and Dr Lucio Regazzo of the Institute of Relational Analysis, Padua, Italy which recently became affiliated to the Society for Existential Analysis.

This issue also contains two papers which approach the notion of Worlds of Existential Psychotherapy from a thematic rather than a geographical perspective: James Pett writes on existential supervision while Judy Tame explores some possibilities of applying aspects of the existential approach to organizations. The Editors would like to extend their thanks to Dr Irvin Yalom for permission to include his personal tribute to Prof Rollo May who died in October 1994. This paper sets the scene for the 1995 Society Conference 'The Legacy of Rollo May'; we hope to include papers from our Distinguished Speakers in the next volume of the Journal.
