It is deemed important for existential therapists to consider this as a phenomenon that can cause existential anxiety in a person’s life and great change. Furthermore, this paper will explore the complexity of workplace bullying, with a focus on the existential-phenomenological paradigm, and the implications for existential clinical practice.
