Abstract

This paper argues that people are more present in the dyslexic experience. An inability to process coded information interrupts normality, revealing otherwise unnoticed lived experience, imposing the onerous task of recovering agency and momentum. Similar experiences can be encountered in boredom, a condition induced by the self-isolation imposed to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
