This, the second part of the eighteenth edition of Existential Analysis, features papers which engage with a wide range of subjects of relevance to the analysis of existence from philosophical and psychological perspectives. Among the many interesting and informative papers, we may note Greg Madison's response to Helen Hayes' '(Be)coming Home, An Existential Perspective on Migration, Settlement and the Meaning of Home' which appeared in the previous number of this Journal. Olga Louchakova concludes the paper on the Prayer of the Heart begun in 18.1. Martin Milton and Frances Gillies, by contrast, embark on the important but often unregarded theme with their paper on evolutionary thinking.
We also include Anthony Stadlen's obituary of Professor Gion Condrau, former President of the International Federation of Daseinsanalysis and member of our own Editorial Board, who died in December 2006.
Astute readers will note that Dr Greg Madison joins Dr Simon du Plock as co-editor of the Journal. Simon would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr John M. Heaton for his assistance in this role from July 2000 to January 2007, and is glad that he is able to maintain his connection with Existential Analysis as an Editorial Board member. The editors would also like to welcome Professor Les Todres as a new member of the Editorial Board.
